Engraving Restrictions

To keep things simple and respectful for all our customers, we don’t engrave the following:

• Religious Symbols or Text – We avoid religious references to keep things neutral.
• Offensive or Discriminatory Language – We steer clear of any content that could be seen as harmful or offensive.
• Adult or Explicit Content – No explicit sexual content, drug references, or violent imagery.
• Content That Promotes Harm or Aggression – This includes any material that promotes harm, illegal activities, or aggressive behavior.
• Political Statements or Affiliations – No campaign slogans, political party names, or divisive political content.

Regarding Political Content:

At Prized Possessions Brand, we aim to maintain a neutral stance in all of our engravings. While we make every effort to review and avoid any political affiliations or campaign slogans, there are times when we may inadvertently accept an order that includes such content—especially if it’s not immediately obvious to us at the time of review. If this happens, please understand that it is an honest oversight, and it is not an endorsement of any political affiliation or candidate. We remain committed to offering products that are inclusive and non-partisan, and we reserve the right to reject any order that conflicts with our engraving policy.

Hunting Location Privacy

We’re hunters ourselves, and we understand how personal your hunting spots can be.

We use coordinates, pins, and location details only to evaluate, create, fulfill, and support your custom order. We do not use that information for personal hunting or scouting, save it to personal hunting maps, or share it with other hunters. Access is limited to the people and services needed for your order. We ask for written permission before publishing photos or designs that reveal your location.

Our team may already know or independently discover the same hunting areas. Being in the same area does not, by itself, mean we used customer information. We do not use information from your order to guide our hunting.

Location details may remain in business communications and order files. Contact us with questions about retention or deletion.

If you prefer a signed confidentiality agreement, contact us before sending your coordinates.

If you prefer a signed confidentiality agreement, complete and return it before submitting your coordinates.

The agreement becomes effective when you sign and deliver the unmodified copy to Prized Possessions Brand. No additional company signature is required. Customer modifications require separate written acceptance.
