We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs or duty fees that may apply to international orders.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Prized Possessions Brand, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every product we create. Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted for eligible products within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, all items must be:

In original, undamaged packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Please contact us prior to returning any item so our team can review your request and provide instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Customized & Engraved Products
Because custom products are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect information provided, or buyer’s remorse.
However, if your custom product:

Arrives damaged, or

Contains an engraving error made by our team
we will gladly replace or remake the item at no cost to you. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to a mistake or defect on our end, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of returned items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your return does not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to decline a refund or issue store credit at our discretion.
